Blue Lakes Inn publishes two different weekly figures at the same time, so both belong here. The body copy and the FAQ say $480 a week. Every page title and meta description says $360 a week, and $360 does not appear anywhere in the visible copy on the page. $360 is the figure that shows in a search result, which is the one most people see first. Both were live on September 2, 2026.
Motel 6 does not publish a rack rate at all. Their weekly figure is $45 a night, labeled a weekly rate with a seven night minimum. Seven nights at their own stated minimum is $315. That is their arithmetic on their own terms, not a number we built for them.
Our single at $250 was the lowest of the four published weekly rates on the day we checked. That is a claim about published weekly rates on September 2, 2026 and nothing wider than that.
Where somebody else is cheaper
On a single night we are not the cheapest room in this town, and two competitors say so in their own published copy.
Canyon Springs Extended Stay, at 1357 Blue Lakes Blvd N, publishes "Rates as low as $45 a night!" on its own website. Our single is $65. For one night, their advertised low is $20 under us. They also publish monthly rentals beginning at $1,100 per month, and their FAQ says they run no credit checks.
Blue Lakes Inn Extended Stay, at 952 Blue Lakes Blvd N, publishes "As low as $53/night when you book a month!" That is under our $65 single as well, though it is a rate attached to booking a month rather than to a single night. They publish monthly rentals beginning at $1,600 per month, and their FAQ also says no credit checks.
Motel 6 at 1472 Blue Lakes Blvd N had no rate card to read, so the only numbers available are engine quotes for named dates. Their engine quoted $56 to $61 a night at the member rate for 14 to October 15, 2026, against a struck-through $64 to $69. The same engine quoted $95 a night for 1 to September 2, 2026. Those are live quotes for particular dates. A chain price moves daily and none of those figures is a standing rate.
SureStay by Best Western at 1260 Blue Lakes Blvd N publishes no weekly, monthly or extended stay rate anywhere, and the rate filter in its booking engine has no extended stay option. Its engine quoted $144.32 to $184 a night for 1 to September 2, 2026, which again is one date and not a rate card.
What our $65 is good for is the week sitting behind it. One night here costs more than Canyon Springs advertises. Seven nights here costs $250, and on September 2, 2026 that was the lowest published week of the four.
